So Halifax council recently approved the purchase of a $500,000 armoured police vehicle. Friend of the site James Faulkner wondered why we don't just upgrade some of our Harbour Hoppers - and other friend of the site Shannon Ellis (who has already made some recommendations on this front), ran with the idea.

Let's use them for tours when they're not chasing down bad guys!
